On May 21, eCommerce Association-Georgia (eCAG) and Georgia AI Association (GAIA) successfully hosted the AI x E-COMMERCE DEMO DAY event.
The event focused on the practical application of AI in the eCommerce sector and brought together industry representatives, technology companies, and businesses actively working toward digital transformation.
Attendees had the opportunity to hear insightful presentations on modern AI capabilities, real-life use cases, and technological solutions that help companies improve sales, customer service, and operational processes.
As part of the event, participants attended Beka Zakaidze’s presentation, “Agent-Ready E-commerce,” which explored the use of AI assistants in sales, inventory management, and customer service. Widgera AI discussed the transformation into an AI-native organization and practical implementation approaches; Quissly presented AI-powered search and chat capabilities that support sales growth; while Neurio AI reviewed modern solutions for product optimization and multichannel support.
The event concluded with a networking session, where participants connected with industry professionals, exchanged experiences, and discussed potential future collaborations.
