Dressup Group is announcing a vacancy for the position of Chief Operating Officer in Tbilisi. Working Conditions:
Working schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary: Based on experience
Work location: Head Office, 19 D. Gamrekeli St., Tbilisi
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination and EfficiencyEnsure effective coordination of the company’s operational activities and stable, continuous, and efficient functioning across the retail store network, warehouse operations, office, and e-commerce direction, while coordinating the full cycle of business processes.
Business Process Standardization and OptimizationLead the description, standardization, and improvement of operational processes across the company (BPM), including the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), increasing process efficiency, reducing duplication, and ensuring rational use of resources.
Operational Environment Management and SupportTake responsibility for the technical and operational readiness of all company business facilities. Manage infrastructure projects, technical maintenance, and operational support across stores, the office, and the warehouse.
Implementation and Compliance with Occupational Safety PolicyEnsure that the operational working environment complies with applicable legislation and internal company regulations, oversee occupational safety and social risk assessments, plan preventive measures, and promote a strong safety culture across stores, warehouses, and the office.
Infrastructure Project ManagementLead the full cycle of new store, office, and warehouse opening/renovation projects — from location assessment to commissioning. Maintain communication with shopping centers and landlords when necessary.
Operational Budget ManagementPlan and manage the operational budget, ensuring effective cost control and optimization.
