The eCommerce Association-Georgia proudly participated in the Georgia Education Services Export Program – “Education Elevator” Program, an intensive 3-day workshop designed for academic directors, programme managers, and curriculum developers. Held on March 11, 16, and 17, 2026, the program combined online and onsite sessions at the University of Georgia in Tbilisi, bringing together professionals focused on expanding education services into international markets. The project is financed and supported by the European Union and is organized and implemented by Visionest Institute (Estonia), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Georgia, and the Estonia Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
The Association was selected to join this high-impact initiative, gaining valuable insights into export readiness, international partnerships, and sustainable growth strategies. The program began by identifying global partners and clients using digital tools and AI-driven market analysis, alongside assessing export readiness and selecting priority EU markets. It then transitioned into practical application, covering international positioning, value proposition development, and building credibility through accreditations, case studies, and testimonials, with hands-on work to adapt services and content for global audiences.
The final day emphasized remote education delivery and long-term sustainability, including digital tools for online learning, management of international partnerships, and scalable business models. Participants also explored pricing strategies, cost structures, and methods for measuring return on investment (ROI) to support sustainable international growth.
The workshop concluded with a graduation session where participants received certificates for successful completion. Participation in “Education Elevator” marks an important step for the eCommerce Association-Georgia in strengthening its international capabilities. The knowledge gained through this program will further support the Association’s mission to foster cross-border collaboration and contribute to the growth of Georgia’s digital and education ecosystems.
