Partner Development Specialist (Logistics & Delivery)

About the Role

We are building a new service in the logistics and delivery space and are looking for a proactive, motivated, and business-driven specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong network of business partners. You will be involved in the full partner lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding to ongoing operational support and relationship management. This position is key to ensuring smooth collaboration and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition

• Identify and research potential business partners

• Initiate contact via calls, emails, and meetings

• Present company services in a clear and professional manner

• Conduct initial discussions and basic negotiations within defined guidelines

• Actively contribute to growing the partner network

Partner Onboarding

• Manage the onboarding process for new partners

• Explain workflows, operational procedures, and service standards

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper technical and operational setup

• Ensure smooth and timely activation of partners

Partner Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for active partners

• Handle daily operational inquiries and requests

• Support resolution of issues related to orders and processes

• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when needed

Relationship Management

• Maintain regular and structured communication with partners

• Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement levels

• Support long-term cooperation, retention, and growth

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Business development mindset

• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

• Good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems

• Excellent command of English, Georgian, and Russian
