Dressup.ge is a leading e-commerce platform in the fashion industry in Georgia, bringing together globally recognized clothing and footwear brands, and is looking for a Web Content Manager.

Working schedule - 40 hours per week;
Work location - Head office, 19 D. Gamrekeli St.
Your responsibilities in this position will be:
Visual management of the website: building the structure of the homepage, landing pages, and advertising blocks, managing visual content, ensuring aesthetic refinement and optimization based on user behavior;Visual adaptation and page structure optimization: within the existing design system, managing the visual structure of web content, including optimizing text and element placement on covers, changing carousel formats, and implementing new web trends to increase conversion;Content administration: independently sourcing/selecting, uploading, and managing visuals for banners, covers, new collections, and pop-ups in the site admin panel;Managing the seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities calendar, adapting content for mobile devices;UX Writing - creating short, clear, and conversion-oriented texts, including naming site navigation elements, buttons (CTAs), pop-ups, and advertising blocks;Content optimization for search engines (Keywords, Meta tags, Alt texts);Quality control: continuous monitoring of the website to ensure all information is up-to-date, error-free, and visually consistent (Desktop & Mobile);Performance tracking: monitoring metrics such as CTR, Pop-up Conversion Rate.
Required qualifications and skills:
Experience working with PrestaShop or similar CMS systems;Practical knowledge of Elementor or similar visual builders is required, including the ability to independently build product pages, landing pages, and visual blocks;Experience with Figma is desirable, understanding composition, color, and visual communication principles, and awareness of current web design trends;Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be considered an advantage;Proficiency in Georgian and English writing;Ability to present information in a short, clear, and attractive manner;Strong organizational skills;Ability to coordinate with agencies and designers.
