Dasta is the first private company in Georgia to introduce modern standards in archive

management. Since 2014, the country’s leading companies have entrusted Dasta with

the storage of their documents. In 2022, the company expanded its portfolio by

launching a new service line—inventory logistics (3PL)—in response to growing market

demand and operational challenges.

Dasta enables businesses to fully outsource operations related to both archiving and

warehousing, allowing them to focus more effectively on their core activities. Today,

Dasta serves around 200 local and international companies across both service lines.

Dasta’s services include:

  • Secure document storage and management – including sorting, scanning,

retrieval of both physical and digital documents, archive management software,

and confidential document destruction;

  • Warehousing and logistics services (3PL) – including storage of inventory (on

shelves and/or pallets), receiving and sorting of goods, inventory control through

warehouse management software, order picking, packing and dispatch, order

labeling, and transportation via Dasta-operated transport or third-party courier

services.

Dasta applies a daily billing system for storage services, meaning clients pay only for

the exact space occupied on a daily basis. There are no limitations on the volume of

materials stored or the duration of storage.

Dasta’s archiving and premium-class warehousing facilities are unique within Tbilisi.

The infrastructure is specially designed to ensure complete physical and information

security, featuring:

  • 24/7 security;

  • Fire prevention systems;

  • Climate control;

  • Video surveillance;

  • Regular cleaning and pest control;

  • Electronic access control;

  • Modern archive and warehouse management systems.
