Dressup.ge - the leading e-commerce platform in the fashion sector in Georgia, which unites world-renowned clothing and footwear brands - is looking for a Deputy Head of E-Commerce Sales and Merchandising.

We offer the following work format:
Work schedule - 40 hours per week;
Workplace - Head office, D. Gamrekeli St. #19.
Your responsibilities in this position will be:
Management of the e-commerce sales and merchandising team, distribution of tasks and control of performance;
Effective implementation of the online sales strategy and its improvement;
Monitoring the implementation of the current plan, process analysis and appropriate response;
Working on increasing the KPI indicators defined by the company together with the Dressup.ge administrative team;
Working on expanding the Dressup.ge assortment;
Planning and monitoring the seasonal and annual procurement budget for Dressup.ge;
Monitoring of brand/product orders and balances for Dressup.ge;
Communication with foreign and local suppliers;
Working on increasing commercial indicators - margin, inventory turnover and sales figures and responding accordingly together with brand managers;
Active cooperation with the Marketing Department to stimulate sales;
E-commerce market research and competitor analysis;
Production of various types of reporting based on business needs;
Performing other necessary tasks based on Dressup.ge's work processes within the scope of competence.
From you we will need:
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail or commercial direction (fashion field will be considered an advantage);
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position;
Knowledge of MS Office programs (especially high-level knowledge of MS Excel);
Higher education (preferably in the field of business administration);
High level of English (preferably C1 level);
Leadership and teamwork skills;
Result orientation;
Effective communication skills;
Problem solving and critical thinking skills;
Active involvement in processes, support for initiatives and encouragement of new ideas.
