Dressup.ge is a leading fashion e-commerce platform in Georgia. We are looking for an E-commerce Sales and Merchandising Manager to join our team.
Job Conditions:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: Based on experience and skills
Location: Head Office, D. Gamrekeli St. #19, Tbilisi

Your Responsibilities:
Analyze sales on Dressup.ge and create offers based on data
Plan and analyze promotions and campaigns
Work on improving KPIs (ATV, UPT, AV, PR)
Research the e-commerce market and competitors
Set content priorities for the website (by category, brand, product) and share with the team
Work closely with other departments to increase sales
Analyze customer behavior and create personalized offers
Improve the process of planning promotions
Identify products suitable for outlet stores and manage transfers
Analyze product assortment and give recommendations to brand managers
Prepare reports on sales and purchases
Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in Business or related field)
Experience in a similar role (preferably in retail)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
English at B2 level
Goal-oriented and result-driven
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving abilities
Good verbal and non-verbal communication
Analytical thinking
Organizational and planning skills
High sense of responsibility
Flexibility and efficiency
