About the Company:The corporation’s core activity is the development of an innovative, simple, secure, and user-friendly payment system in accordance with Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Union Pay International (UPI) regulations, as well as PCI (Payment Card Industry) data security standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and prioritizing incoming issues from "e-commerce" client organizations via JIRA.
Identifying and analyzing problematic environments. Reacting to incidents and reporting them in line with corporate policies and standards.
Monitoring technical issues and providing written and telephone communication with clients.
Analyzing and debugging web scripts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
Analyzing log files, database entries, and configurations.
Supporting web applications and business processes, including resolving issues outside of regular working hours (remote support, when necessary).
Education and Experience:
Higher technical education (in the field of Information Technologies);
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (MS Office, MS Windows);
Required: strong knowledge of HTML/CSS;
Required: knowledge and experience in working with SQL;
Preferred: experience with other operating systems (Linux, Unix);
Fluent in English and/or Russian.
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking;
Ability to work independently and attention to detail;
Ability to work under stress and manage time effectively;
Initiative, personal development, teamwork, communication skills, politeness, and organizational skills.
