Dressup.ge – Georgia’s leading e-commerce platform in the fashion industry, bringing together globally recognized clothing and footwear brands – is looking for a Data & Operations Analyst, a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can transform data into business value, quickly identify problems, and recognize opportunities for process improvement in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

We offer the following work format:

  • Working schedule – 40 hours per week;

  • Workplace – Head Office, 19 D. Gamrekeli Street.


Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders;

  • Analyzing fulfillment processes (order processing time, delays, cancellations, returns) and identifying optimization opportunities;

  • Analyzing key customer service metrics (response time, complaint reasons, CSAT/quality trends) and identifying recurring issues;

  • Analyzing sales performance, categories, brands, products, and campaign effectiveness;

  • Preparing analytical reports, dashboards, and business insights based on requests, tasks, and projects received from business units (primarily using Microsoft Power BI and MS Excel);

  • Periodically monitoring the status of existing requests and controlling deadlines;

  • Identifying weaknesses, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in business processes and proposing data-driven improvement initiatives;

  • Performing ad hoc/one-time analytical tasks and preparing rapid analytical conclusions and recommendations for management;

  • Ensuring data accuracy and quality control;

  • Performing other necessary tasks related to Dressup.ge operations within the scope of competence.


What we expect from you:

  • Higher education (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science);

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Business Analytics and/or Data Analytics;

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, or other BI/reporting tools;

  • Intermediate-level SQL knowledge is preferred (Data Extraction);

  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level;

  • Knowledge of e-commerce business processes is preferred.
