eCommerce Association-Georgia Becomes Founding Member of UNIEF

The eCommerce Association-Georgia (eCAG) has officially become a Founding Member of the United E-Commerce Federation (UNIEF), marking an important milestone in the country’s digital economy development.

With the Association  joining the network, UNIEF continues to expand its global footprint, bringing together leading e-commerce associations, public institutions, and private sector stakeholders under a unified platform. This step highlights Georgia’s increasing engagement in international digital trade and cooperation.

UNIEF is an international non-profit organisation registered in Geneva and headquartered in Dubai. It serves as a multi-stakeholder platform that connects national associations, companies, and institutions to promote fair, inclusive, and sustainable e-commerce development worldwide. Its role is not regulatory, but collaborative - fostering dialogue, coordination, and shared standards across markets.

Through thepartnership, the eCommerce Association-Georgia gains access to a global network that facilitates cross-border trade, knowledge exchange, and industry collaboration, strengthening both regional ties and international opportunities. As a founding member, the Association further deepens its integration into the global e-commerce ecosystem and expands its capacity to advance digital trade on an international scale.
