2 Nabiji is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Marketing.

The main responsibility of the Head of Marketing is to transform knowledge of customer needs, behavior, and the market into effective marketing and commercial decisions and measurable business results.

Role Purpose

The purpose of the Head of Marketing is to support the company’s commercial strategy through data-driven customer analysis, management of loyalty and CRM systems, effective offers, campaigns, and communication channels.

The role is responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communication strategy and for building a marketing system that:

  • Increases the number of new customers;

  • Helps retain existing customers and increase their activity;

  • Increases visit frequency and average spend per customer;

  • Ensures effective planning and execution of sales-promoting campaigns and communications;

  • Develops loyalty, CRM, and digital communication capabilities;

  • Ensures effective use of the marketing budget.

Key Areas of the Marketing Department

The Head of Marketing manages and integrates three key areas:

  • Marketing Operations – planning and effective execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, offers, trade marketing, marketing materials, and communication across sales channels.

  • Loyalty & CRM – customer analysis and segmentation, loyalty programs, personalized communications, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Digital Channels – planning and management of digital communication channels, campaigns, audiences, and the marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Communication Strategy

  • Develop the marketing and communication strategy in line with the company’s overall and commercial strategy and ensure its execution;

  • Define the annual marketing plan and key priorities;

  • Ensure consistent and coherent communication across various marketing and communication channels;

  • Support the marketing positioning, communication, and development of the company’s own Private Label brands in line with their strategy;

  • As part of crisis and reputational risk management, define internal and external communication strategies, key messages, and response principles, and manage the communication process.

2. Customer Acquisition & Retention, Loyalty & CRM

  • Identify opportunities to acquire and retain customers, increase their activity and visit frequency, and increase average spend per customer;

  • Develop customer segmentation and targeted, including personalized, communication systems;

  • Manage the customer lifecycle — from acquisition and activation through retention and reactivation;

  • Analyze customer experience and feedback and use the insights to improve marketing processes.

4. Campaigns, Promotions & Sales Stimulation

  • Work with the sales team to transform business objectives into effective marketing activities;

  • Ensure simple, clear, timely, and sales-oriented visual and textual communication across all relevant sales channels;

  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions and apply the results to subsequent decisions.

5. Digital Channels, Analytics & Marketing Effectiveness

  • Provide marketing and communication support for the website, application, e-commerce, and other digital platforms;

  • Develop a system of key marketing performance indicators, analytics, and reporting; regularly monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Team Management

  • Define common goals, priorities, and responsibilities for the three areas of the Marketing Department and manage their coordinated work and performance;

  • Support the professional development of team members and develop the competencies required for the function;

  • Plan the marketing budget, allocate it optimally across areas, and control the effectiveness of its use.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial position;

  • Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field;

  • Practical experience developing marketing strategies and translating them into business results;

  • Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and retention, CRM, and loyalty;

  • Experience managing campaigns, promotions, multichannel communications, and marketing budgets;

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and the principles behind relevant analytical tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce;

  • Experience developing large-scale loyalty or CRM programs;

  • Experience in brand creation and development;

  • Experience working with CRM, BI, web/app analytics, and marketing automation tools.
