IDS Borjomi Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Logistics and Customer Collaboration Specialist in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.
Role Overview:
The role focuses on end-to-end export operations, bridging sales demand with supply chain execution. You will lead international product launches, implement S&OP processes, and manage complex order fulfillment to ensure seamless delivery. This role is vital for optimizing partner relationships and ensuring peak OTIF Performance through strategic cross-functional coordination.
Job Location: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordination of new products launch plan for new markets, including packaging design development, legal text alignment, packaging delivery, production, transportation to customers. Informing key stakeholders on the status of the plan.
Implementation of Sales and operations planning (S&OP) process for export markets, Consolidation and modeling of sales volumes as part of planning.
Collection, validation and consolidation of partner orders, Coordinating support for partners in export markets
Support and organization of deliveries (creation of a delivery schedule, control of payments, communication with distributors at all stages of order fulfillment).
Coordination of the logistics department to ensure supplies (distribution of the volume in multiples of the transport unit, palletization, provision of other instructions for loading the goods).
Ensuring and scheduling deliveries, client order procession and fulfillment.
Analysis of order fulfillment, interaction and coordination with planning and production departments to ensure demand and fulfill the shipment plan.
Active participation in ERP corresponding module elaboration processes.
Close communication with customers on CS related issues.
Regular control of order related stock, production plans and shipping documents.
Organization of the signing of contracts and additional agreements and all necessary documents with partners.
Administration and control of OTIF related issues and registration of newly formed customers in a system.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Logistics, International Trade, Demand Planning or similar field;
Working proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems or BI reporting tools will be a strong advantage.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field.
Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English languages is a must, knowledge of Russian will be an advantage.
