Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Tbilisi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, developing and managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are achieved. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution to support the growth and success of Grey Gaming.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and performance optimization skills
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight
Proven expertise in operational process improvement and workflow design
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to monitor efficiency metrics and KPIs
Effective communication and project management abilities
Familiarity with the gaming or tech industry is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Proficiency in business software and enterprise resource planning tools
Requirement:
2+ years ops/admin experience in Georgia.
Fluent Georgian + English.
Familiar with tax, banking, Revenue Service.
