Role Overview

As a Promo Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing promotional campaigns for casino products. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance engagement and retention, using data-driven strategies to optimise campaign effectiveness across different geographical areas.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for casino products

  • Manage bonus mechanics, free spins, and special offers

  • Build and maintain promo calendars aligned with business goals

  • Analyse promo performance and optimise campaigns based on data

  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to measure effectiveness

  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Customer Support teams

  • Adapt promo strategies across different GEOs.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Promo/CRM/Retention roles within iGaming

  • Strong experience with betting/gambling products (mandatory)

  • Hands-on experience with promo mechanics (bonuses, free spins, campaigns)

  • Understanding of the user lifecycle and the retention impact of promotions

  • Experience working closely with data and analytics teams
