About the Role:

Episode Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Head of Sales and Brand Reputation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales performance across all channels, and strengthening the hotel’s brand reputation through proactive market positioning and guest feedback management. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience from acquisition to post-stay engagement. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

  • Set and optimize pricing based on market trends

  • Manage and improve sales channels (OTA, corporate, direct bookings)

  • Lead the sales team and track performance against targets

  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

  • Prepare and review sales performance reports

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and brand initiatives

  • Monitor guest feedback and actively manage brand reputation


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or service industries

  • Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing strategy, and market positioning

  • Experience working with OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both corporate and individual clients

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies

  • Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset

  • Experience in team coordination or leadership roles

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
